With over 17 years of major wire house experience, building substantial business assets from cold calling and seminar networking, and as an independent broker dealer recruiting and managing a territory for one of the largest independent broker dealers in the country, Hank now serves over 28 top industry leaders seeking the expertise of financial managers who have the substantive personal and professional resources to meet the current economic and financial challenges and opportunities. 

Hank has conducted thousands of meetings and conversations with advisers to learn their motivations and most importantly, the issues and concerns they have relating to moving their business to a new firm.  His ability to integrate his findings and priceless personal experience to build a self-sustaining financial adviser enterprise has motivated the creation of Adviser First, a mission-driven independent recruitment firm to help others work through their concerns and advance their financial brokerage careers.

Hank Multala is proud to have served as a Navy Officer for over a decade. He completed his Bachelors of Engineering at the University of Rochester.
